We are excited to announce the latest updates and enhancements to the Lumiant platform. This release focuses on improving the advisor and client experience with new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

New Features

Household Summary:

This is part one of a three-part improvement to the advisor entry experience. The Household Summary provides a high-level view of a client's information and progress within the Lumiant platform. Key elements include:

• Editable household name and address.
• Show recorded relatives.
• A dashboard showing the completion status of life, values, and investment preferences modules.
• Summary of goals and tasks.
• Current wellbeing score.
• Individual household member summaries with editable email, phone number, DOB, and external ID.
• Last login and registration status display.
• "Edit household" menu for additional settings like downloading governance CSV and editing household access.

Vault Enhancements:

Increased functionality of vault files and folders for better practice-level configuration and individual control. The new features include:

• Adding, renaming, and moving vault folders.
• Notifications for staff and clients when items are uploaded to the vault.
• Ability to rename files and folders within the vault.
• Capability to move files between folders.
• Improved document deletion functionality, ensuring only the Practice user who uploaded the document can delete it.

Enhancements

Vault Module:

• Advisors can now delete files they have uploaded to the vault, rename folders, and receive notifications when new documents are uploaded.
• The ability to recategorize folders within the vault for better organization and efficiency.
• Ensured all documents display who uploaded them, enhancing traceability and accountability.

Bug Fixes

General:

• Resolved an issue where household access edit settings did not allow the deletion of users for practice managers 
• Fixed the export governance function that was not working 
• Corrected bleeding KAA settings labels
• Fixed strategy saving errors
