Thank you for choosing to pay your invoice via direct debit. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to set up your payment using either your credit card or bank account.

Step 1: Access Your Invoice
When you receive your invoice, you will notice a link labeled "Pay online." Click on this link to proceed with the payment process.

Step 2: Payment Options
Once you click on the "Pay online" link, you will be directed to our secure payment platform powered by Stripe. Here, you will have the option to update your credit card details for payment.

Step 3: Select Payment Method
Within the Stripe page, you will be presented with options to pay your invoice using either your credit card or bank account. Choose the payment method that you prefer.


Step 4: Complete the Payment Process
Follow the prompts to enter the required information for your chosen payment method. If you are updating your credit card details, enter the new card number and any other necessary details. If you prefer to use your bank account, provide the relevant account information.


Step 5: Confirmation
After completing the payment process, you will receive confirmation that your payment has been successfully processed. You will also receive a receipt for your records.
