  2. Completed the HALO assessment on your website or HALO page
  3. Timing Recommendations:
    1. Email One – Within 5 business days of sending the printed report
    2. Email Two – 10 business day delay (after the first email in the series)
    3. Email Three – 10 business day delay
    4. Email Four – 15 business day delay

Recommendations for Further Refinement + Additional Workflows:

  • Create specific goals for the workflow as it pertains to audience engagement with each email (if they click through to schedule a consultation/meeting, if they simply click through, or if they do not open/click at all, etc)
  • Call or personally email any lead who completes the entire workflow and has opened/clicked all emails.
  • Create a workflow/email series for existing clients who you are trying to start an insurance conversation with.
