Welcome to our guide on completing the Governance survey! If this is your first time filling out the survey or not, this guide is for you. In just a few simple steps, you’ll learn how to add in all your relevant information such as your assets, liabilities, and income and effortlessly upload supporting documents. Follow along as we walk you through the process ensuring your experience is smooth from start to finish.

After opening the link provided by the adviser, you will be redirected to the start of the governance survey. To start, click ‘Continue’.


As you navigate through the survey, you can click into the tiles to review, change/update and add/delete information.


To add a tile, click the ‘Add new’ button.

To delete a tile, open the tile and click the ‘Delete’ button on the bottom left side.

To change any information, simply hover over them and rewrite.



Along the way, you can upload any supporting documents. Click ‘Upload statement’, and then you can drag & drop them in the section where it has a cloud-like icon.


Once you’ve finished the survey, you’ll be directed to this page with the message “Thanks for completing this survey. Your adviser will be in touch with the next steps”.
