How to reset your password to the Lumiant site [How-Tos]

If you want to reset your password or have forgotten your password to login to Lumiant, you can reset your password using the steps below. You can also watch a video for more detail.

1. In the sign in page you will see a link 'Can't remember your password?' Click the link.

2. This will take you to the Forgot Password page. Enter your email, and this will enable the Send Verification Code button to be clicked. Click the button. It will send you a code via email and take you to the next page to reset your password

3. You will receive an email with a verification code to reset your password.

4. Use that code to reset your password. Enter your code, new password, and confirmation of that password and click the change password button.

5. Your password will now be reset and you can login using your email and new password.
