My temporary password has expired [FAQs]

When your access was first established you would have received a temporary password which you will be prompted to reset when you first log in.

As a precautionary measure, the temporary password expires after 7 days and the account is deactivated.

Temporary passwords can only be reset by an administrator. Please raise a support request to have that actioned.
