We are excited to announce our revamped Goals and Tasks module so that it's more visually engaging and simpler to use.
Your Goals module is where you can use SMART goals to capture actionable objectives and align them to clients' values.
Below is what the new Goals Module looks like. There are now three columns:
- To Do
Once the goal is created you or the Client can move each goal around in either of the columns. Each goal displays what value it is linked to. All goals that are in the "Done" column will always be visible to show the progress that has occurred throughout the client's journey.
Once you click on "Add Goal" the pop-up below is displayed allowing for an easier way for you to input your client's information and linking values.
All the minimum requirements for the goal are captured on the 1st tab. If you want to add a time frame and financial details for modelling purposes you can do so via the additional tab.
The Notes and the Admin Notes tab above allow the Advisor to separate their notes based on what they want to be seen vs. not seen by their clients.
If you would like to read more in detail please check out the article regarding the Goals Module.
YourTasks module allows you to assign tasks to individuals to drive the completion of Goals, and increase the progress of a Household's Values.
The tasks have a similar format as the Goals, with three columns:
- To Do
Below is a screenshot of what the Tasks module looks like. Like the Goals module, all tasks that are in the "Done" column will always be visible to show the progress that has occurred throughout the client's journey.
After clicking on "Add Task" the pop-up below shows up where you can input the information about the task.
In addition to these updates, we have added notifications on the top right corner of the toolbar. You can now see what updates have been made by the users or see unread notifications. For example, when a client updates a task you will get notified via our notifications function where you can see all updates made by users in your platform.
You can find more information regarding Tasks here.
