At certain times, clients may need to remove or limit specific accounts connected through our Yodlee integration. The steps to manage these connections effectively can vary based on desired outcomes and data connections. Below are instructions on the best ways to manage these connections.
Deleting a Particular Account/Financial Institution
- Navigate to Governance: Access your Governance dashboard.
- Select the Linked Account: Click on the tile representing the account linked to Yodlee that you wish to remove.
- Click Delete: Locate the delete option associated with the account.
- Confirm Deletion: Proceed with the deletion. This action will remove the data feed for the specific account and delete its linked card in Governance.
Managing and Deleting Some or All Connected Institutions
To disconnect some or all connected institutions:
- Access Governance/Net Worth: Within the Governance or Net Worth module, find the option to manage linked accounts.
- Initiate Disconnection: Click on Manage linked accounts to identify all the linked data. Select either 'Disconnect' a particular institution or 'Disconnect all' to remove all data feeds.
- Confirmation: Confirm the action. This will delete all connected institutions and their linked cards in Governance and Net Worth.
