While the provided video is a great starting point, we encourage you to record your own video. Creating a personalised video allows you to:

  • Tailor the content to include specific information relevant to your clients.

  • Highlight key features of the Lumiant client portal.

3. Sharing the Video with Clients

For Professional package users, sharing the video at the time of registering clients is highly recommended. It ensures clients are familiar with the portal from the very beginning.

Steps to Share the Video:

  • Email the Video Link: Include the video link in your welcome email.
  • Include in Onboarding Materials: Make the video part of your onboarding materials to ensure all new clients see it.

4. Registering Clients for the Portal

Creating an online account for your clients will give them access to the digital Lumiant Dashboard.

This will allow clients to log in, view their work with you, and add and complete their Tasks and Goals.

5. Including a Welcome Email Template

To support the video, we recommend including a welcome email template that introduces the registration to the portal. Here’s a sample template you can use:
